Zero Tolerance Declaration

I understand that:

·     MSI/MST has a zero tolerance policy on fraud and bribery.

·     Fraud is any act of deception carried out for the purposes of obtaining an unfair, undeserved and/or unlawful gain. Fraud does not necessarily involve monetary gain.

·     Bribery is the act of giving something (usually money) to another person, to influence their behaviour or position in an improper way.  Both the person who offers or gives the benefit, and the person who requests or accepts the benefit, have committed bribery. 

·       Zero tolerance means that MSI/MST will investigate all credible allegations of fraud and bribery and, if, following an investigation, any are found to have been substantiated, the employee concerned will be subject to disciplinary action, including possible dismissal (subject to the requirements of local law).

I confirm that:

·     I will not commit fraud or bribery

·     If I have any concerns that I, or any of my colleagues, managers or business partners are involved in any form of fraud or bribery, I understand that I can use the speaking up channels below:
